Finn Harps will begin their new season a week earlier than anticipated with confirmation that the opening round of games in their section in the EA Sports League Cup have been brought forward by a week.

There were no jackpot winners in the Finn Harps Super 4 Lott draw on Tuesday 12th February.  The numbers drawn were: 1, 2, 10 and 24.  Next week's jackpot will be €1,100.

1) Peter, you have implemented a fresh sports science programme for players at Finn Harps. Can you give us some details of what’s involved and your thinking behind the initiative?

Congratulations to Marie Coll, Derrybeg, Gweedore who matched all four numbers drawn in the Finn Harps Super 4 Lotto draw on Tuesday 5th February.  By doing so, Marie won the €2,900 jackpot.  The numbers drawn were: 3, 4, 8, and 12.  Next week's jackpot will be €1,000.

Manager Peter Hutton has been very busy in recent days ahead of Thursdays transfer deadline for signing amateur players.  The Harps boss has now signed a total of 29 players all of whom will be available for selection for both the forthcoming First division campaign and the side which will compete in the Ulster Senior League.

Finn Harps Night at the Races, which was originally scheduled for last December will now take place in Henney's U Drop Inn Ballybofey, on Friday 22nd February.  All horses already sold are valid for the new date and horses can be purchased online here on the club website.  This has been an important fundraiser for the club in the past, and the club are hoping that it will once again prove to be a success this year.
