Every week on www.finnharps.com we will invite a club member and a Harps player to share their wisdom on the burning sporting and world issues . We also ask them to give their predictions on the weekends sporting fixtures. This week’s head to head is a clash between Harps Supporter James Byrne and Right Winger Gary Merritt.
Manager Peter Hutton has been very busy in recent days ahead of Thursdays transfer deadline for signing amateur players. The Harps boss has now signed a total of 29 players all of whom will be available for selection for both the forthcoming First division campaign and the side which will compete in the Ulster Senior League.

Finn Harps Night at the Races, which was originally scheduled for last December will now take place in Henney's U Drop Inn Ballybofey, on Friday 22nd February. All horses already sold are valid for the new date and horses can be purchased online here on the club website. This has been an important fundraiser for the club in the past, and the club are hoping that it will once again prove to be a success this year.
Finn Harps will open their 2013 Airtricity League First Division campaign with a trip to the RSC to play Waterford. That game will be played on Friday 8th March. Harps first home game will be against Cobh Ramblers, who make a return to League of Ireland football, at Finn Park on Friday 15th March.
